A Limited Edition of 50, he is is Number 10.
This wonderful RARE Beaver Valley Bear is in excellent condition.
He has an articulated jaw so his mouth can open and close.
The Stone Soup Santa, Beaver Valley Ivan The Polar Bear was part of a Christmas Display for over 25 years, but has been well cared for and still in a nice displayable condition given its age.

Part of a Christmas Display for over 25 years.
A big 38" magnificent 1994 Santa Claus that was designed to sit.
Under his sheepskin beard, the Santa is Hand-signed by the artist, Shelie Robertson (McCall).

Seated Santa Claus in cream brocade with sheepskin edged robes.
Large cape, fancy belt with light grey crystal.

He comes with a light grey chamois toy sack with decorations, a teddy bear, toys (see bigger close-up color photograph).
Blue eyes.
A full beard of Tibetan sheepskin, with the artist's signature under it.
Tibetan sheepskin mustache and hair.
Sheepskin feet have been repaired at the seams.

Stone Soup Santas were the covers of the Christmas Neiman Marcus catalogs for many years. Their Santas have hand-casted heads and hands, with stuffed bodies and limbs, are dressed in vintage clothing and fabrics, with vintage Christmas sacks of toys that Shelie finds at antique shows and fleamarkets.
