1950's Baitz girl doll, 9 inches tall, in the rarer Bern, Switzerland, Traditional Folk Costume. Hand painted with rosy cheeks, brown eyes. She has very expressive side-glancing eyes and rosy cheeks. Celluloid head, felt hands and arms, black shoes. The traditional Tirol outfit is black and cream/white with a red over apron. Her cream/white blouse shows signs of wear consistent with age. Auburn brown hair is wispy and styled in two long braids.
In good Vintage condition overall.
