Bisque shoulder head lady doll with a delicate oval face.
Beautiful deep blue glass eyes.
Painted upper and lower lashes.
Brown finely arched eyebrows.
Rosy blushed cheeks, closed mouth.
Her ears are pierced ready for earrings (see side-view close-up photo).
Warm chestnut-brown colored upswept hairdo has coiled braids wound around her head (see head close-up photo).
Bisque lower arms are positioned outwards.
Painted composition legs show age-marks and are joined to a cloth body.
Her antique costume is original and seems to be firmly sewn on so have not attempted to remove it to take photographs :
Caramel top with elbow-length sleeves has a scoop neckline to show her jet black bead necklet with a pearl drop. Matching jet black bead bracelet on her right wrist, fingernails painted gold. At the back, a type of long, layered bustle is stitched on. The full length skirt is of golden-caramel brocade and her painted black shoes peek out from under the hemline. Under her gown is a half slip of rough material that shows age-marks.
All are shown very clearly in the enlarged close-up pictures.
