She has a pale pink yarn head, embroidered features, yarn hair, earrings, long dress in faded black material, tied at the waist in blue, with brightly colored cotton shawl and matching hair decoration, and lower arms only, also in pale pink thread. Looks to me as if she may have been holding something in her right hand. Original paper tag inside hem of skirt "NEW ORLEANS".
Overall head to hem of skirt is 3.5 inches.
